Lucille will tell you she’s just a girl in a wig that dances at games, but don’t be fooled. The woman under that wig has a story to tell. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Lucille graduated from San Lorenzo High School and joined the US Navy in 1994, retiring after serving her country for 20 years.
She came back home to her friends and family and of course the Raiders. While attending Golden Gate University to receive her Masters in Counseling Psychology, Lucille was showing up to support her beloved Raiders every Sunday without fail. But it was in December of 2019 on a sunny day in LA, that Lucille was born.
Blissfully unaware of the attention she was receiving from the cameras that day, Lucille stood in the endzone section full of Charger fans dancing without a care in the world and cheering for the Raiders on to victory. And the rest, as they say, is history.
